The innovative, multi-patented DuoSharp® Bench Stone is a precision flat, two diamond surfaced sharpener guaranteed to provide consistent, even sharpening every time. The 10" counter or bench sharpener offers larger, wider diamond surface for sharpening a variety of edges including shears, cleavers, and specialty knives like plane soles, machetes, and more. This particular model comes equipped with extra-fine diamond (9 micron / 1200 mesh) to polish and refine a razor edge after sharpening with a coarser diamond, and fine diamond (25 micron / 600 mesh) to initially hone a razor sharp edge. Thanks to its micronized monocrystalline diamond surface as well, you can sharpen edges faster and easier than conventional stones can. No messy oils are needed either, allowing you to sharpen dry or with water.
